How do I find out what is in each product? 

All ingredients are listed on the individual product listings as well as the product label, however if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We are transparent in our ingredients as we know our customers care about what is in their products. We never use parabens, phthalates, talc, synthetic fragrances, PEGs, or BHA. 

What is the shelf life for Be Fancy products? 

Our products are formulated for a two year shelf life. 

Do you test on animals?

No! Be Fancy is vegan and cruelty-free, meaning no animal byproducts and no animal testing. Cosmetics are for humans and should therefore only be tested on us. Furthermore, our manufacturer is cruelty-free as well and has not and will never engage in animal testing on their ingredients. 

Can I request products for review/PR?

We currently do not offer any review or affiliate program. We occasionally do work with influencers, however we reach out to those we are interested in working with. Due to the volume of requests we get regarding collaborations, we are not able to respond to these types of emails. 

Where can I buy Be Fancy products?

Currently, our products are sold here on our website and on Amazon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for Be Fancy website orders?

Due to sanitation and contamination issues, products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or a mistake has been made with the order itself.

If for some reason a mistake has been made with your order please contact us upon receipt of the package and we will work to resolve the situation right away.

If your order has arrived damaged please send us a picture within 24 hours of receipt and we will send a replacement.

How long does it take for my order to ship? 

Shipping time depends on which option you choose at checkout.

Please allow 24-48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.

How much does shipping cost? 

For all domestic orders up to $50, shipping is determined by weight. We offer standard (3-5 business days), expedited (2 days), and priority (next day). Prices are based on weight and are shown at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $50 through standard shipping. 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. We encourage you to check Amazon, as some countries are eligible to buy our products through international shipping. 

I ordered through the Be Fancy website, why did my package arrived in an Amazon box?

Due to a variety of factors, including inventory supply and location of buyer, Amazon may fulfill Be Fancy website orders through their warehouses. Our products, their prices, and non-Prime shipping prices are the same (unless there is a temporary sale happening on either site). Whether you buy on Amazon or here, or receive your order fulfilled through Be Fancy or Amazon, you are supporting an indie cosmetics company and we are so happy to have you as a customer!
